In 2018, The star, which is named Steven Hawking, was gone. He was marvelous physicist and he left great academic legacies. Steven wrote 「A Brief History of Time」 and announced some theses of black hole. The world was shocked by these legacies. And he achieved renown and became famous. There is a movie which is showed Steven's life until he got an award to Royal Society. The movie is 'The Theory of Everything'.

The movie is starting with a scene that Steven and his friend do bike racing. He and his friend went to a party and met Jane. She was studying two languages and was the Christian. Her personalities are really different from Steven but they don't care and fall in love. Steven Hawking was good at sports.

However, someday he can't catch the departing train and can't hold something like chalk. And his walking and posture changes to strange. He knew he has an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis so he heard he can't live only two years. Steven tells to his friend and tries to keep off Jane but she don't care about his disorder. They got married and got baby. They lived happily before getting worse Steven's disorder so Jane was painful. One day her mother suggest to her joining chorale. Jane visits the church and she met Jonathan. They feel something strange like love. Jonathan volunteered for Steven and Jane purely however, Jonathan and Jane can't conceal their mind and they love each other. Steven noticed their emotion therefore he gave a special time to Jane for spending time with Jonathan. Suddenly, Steven got pneumonia and lost his voice, hence they use keyboard for doing conversation.

They try to understand their sign but they can't it. They are too exhausted to make an effort. Jane invites Elaine who is a famous nurse. Elaine understood Steven's answer and his mind well. Therefore they feel special emotion like love. Steven gets marriage with Elaine. Jane gets marriage with Jonathan. The movie finish with a scene that is Steven gets an award to Royal Society.

The movie was happy ending but reality is not a happy ending. The reason why Steven and Jane get divorced is religion and so on. Elaine wants to get people's attention, so she assaulted Steven. His son rescued him and then Elaine and Steven got divorced.

Eddie Redmayne, who acts as Steven Hawking, lost weight more than 10kg and he awarded Academy Award for Best Actor. Lastly, this movie is based on Jane's book.

There are two interesting points. One is that Steven Hakwking who acted Eddie Redmayne. He showed Steven's figure similarly and showed how Steven's life is painful. It occurred toward that the scene of going up the stairs himself and the scene of imagine about picking pen up naturally. The other is descriptions about beginning of time. In the movie, Steven announced the root of black hole. Therefore, you can see the appearance the history of time such as the scene mixing coffee or passing through the tunnel, etc. Besides, the ending is going to the back when Jane and Steven met first. This scene also described the history of time.

Although he has barrier, he studied and gave a hope to many people. When he passed away, people felt sad. However, we must remember he existed in our time. If you want to know Hawking and his thesis, you can watch the movie.
