Service Teaching Activity in Bacolod, Philippines.

Most education students need to get an educational service grade for their graduation. There are lots of volunteer places to choose from. Students can simply choose their educational service place. Unlike the normal educational service, there is a special educational service activity that can be done abroad.

If you want to volunteer abroad, you can go there through an interview. When you pass the interview, you should prepare and think about art activities in the Philippines. For example, there are a lot of activities in elementary school. After making a decision about an activity, your volunteer team should imagine what you need to make sunglasses. After that, you have to count how many team members need materials. Here is the catch: your team needs to consider the children in the classroom. If there is a situation where there is a lack of materials, your team can’t continue your activity anymore.

When your team has finished the above procedure, you should write a scenario about your activity. In the Philippines you can use written notes, but usually you give an introduction about the activity without them, so you need to memorize your scenario.

That is the end of the educational service introduction before going to the Philippines. You will see afield experience about Bacolod. When you arrive there you will feel the humidity and heat on your face, so you need to get a hat and arm warmers which block the sunlight. There is often a cloud of dust on the road. If you don’t want to eat the dust, you should prepare a mask from Korea. The mask can cover your bare face and prevent your nose from breathing in dust.

When you are going to the Philippines for volunteering there are many things needed for activities and living for 10days, but the amount of effort makes you feel proud of yourself. Finally, you should memorize the most important thing. This thing is to have a smile on your face. Everywhere you go, your smile like the sun creates a positive effect on your Philippine students. When you smile at children, they give you a sweet smile in return. If you want to have a special experience and a good feeling in your heart, I recommend this program.
