Nowadys the weather is getting warmer and warmer, and finally spring as arrived where people wear thin clothing. In spring, the scenery of the world looks colorful because of lots of flowers. Its warm climate also makes people come out and spend their time outside. However, because of its fickle weather(great temperature difference), it is easy for people to catch diseases that are prevalent at the change of the season, especially in spring.
In the change of the season especially the period changing from winter to spring, our body can't adjust its thermoregulation because of the great temperature difference. There are typical respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, tonsillitis, and allergic rhinitis. Bronchitis makes people cough and have a sore throat, and sometimes it's even hard to breathe. If someone's throat is swollen and gets an infection, that person suffers from tonsillitis. It will not be easy to swallow and sufferers also have a fever and ache all over. In the allergic rhinitis situation, people will have runny and stuffed noses alternating with left and right nostrils, and sneeze constantly. If you want to avoid the above disease, let's learn how to stay healthy. The most important thing is maintaining a constant indoor temperature and humidity. You can regulate the humidity by using a humidifier and wet towels. You should also keep the air clean inside by frequent ventilation. Morevoer, keeping well hydrated by drinking plenty of water will be helpful for your respiratory organs.
The next disease is allergic conjunctivitis. In spring people frequently go outside and then they can easily be exposed to pollen and dust in the atmosphere(especially fine dust). These substances can easily stimulate your conjunctiva. If you have congestion and an itchy sense on your eyes or eyelid, you have to suspect allergic conjunctivitis. To prevent this from occurring, you must keep your surroudings clean. In addition, you have to dry your usual blankets and pillows in the sun. If you feel your eyes becoming itchy, don't touch them. Instead, wash your face with cold water or use a cold pack on your eyes. Sleeping more than seven hours will also improve your immunity.
There are lots of people who are spending their time doing outdoor activities during the spring season. In this kind of situation, you have to pay particular attention to taking care of your health. As we all know, paying attention to our health especially during the change of seasons is important, but taking real action is always difficult. However, if we start to follow easy steps like the ones mentioned above, we can keep our body healthy and say farewell to prevalent diseases.
