What do you ask someone when you wonder about their hobby? Most people usually use the phrase, “What is your hobby?” in Korea. This expression is common to Koreans but it’s awkward if someone asked question doesn’t have a hobby, and the expression sounds robotic to Americans. So, when we want to ask about someone’s hobby, we should use the phrase, “What do you do in your free time?” or, “What do you like to do on the weekend?” Try using one of these phrases, if you want to ask about someone’s hobby.
1) Wrong expression.
2) Right expression.
