Have you ever heard of using ChatGPT? About half of Gen Z professionals feel they don't receive the necessary support from their workplaces and trust AI tools like ChatGPT more than their bosses when planning their careers. 

According to a survey conducted by the career development platform Intoo targeting 800 workers in the United States, 47% of respondents stated they received better career advice through ChatGPT than from their bosses. 

62% of participating Generation Z respondents expressed a desire to discuss management and career development more frequently, but stated that managers seemed preoccupied with other tasks and appeared too busy to provide advice. 

According to a study by research firm Workplace Intelligence, despite being the generation that benefits the most from learning and career development Generation Z feels more of a sense of loss compared to other generations. 

Mira Greenland, the Chief Revenue Officer of Intoo, mentioned to the U.S. economic media FOX Business, "Generation Z seeks more proactive and immediate support from companies regarding their careers."

In addition, she analyzed that as it becomes increasingly difficult to find the desired support within traditional workplace structures, they have become reliant on digital platforms like ChatGPT.
