Daegu University always says that our university is place where students have satisfaction about their campus life. However, there are many problems at universities these days. Most universities are suffering from financial problems and communication problems between students and faculty. Daegu University has suffered in a like manner. This article will focus on two problems which are now impacting students at Daegu University.

The first problem is a decline in available scholarships. Scholarships available to students at Daegu University include scholarships for grades, state sponsored scholarships, and also private scholarships. The scholarships having problems are the state type2 and scholarships for grades. Suddenly, students received a cut in scholarships awarded for academic excellence by Daegu University. There is not an all-expenses-paid scholarship at Daegu University. Students who heard the news made complaints and wanted to know why the rate of academic scholarships has changed.

Moreover, a state scholarship is not paid to students at Daegu University. So, students deserving of a scholarship protested to the scholarship department. However, the answer which the department gave to students was not satisfactory. News of this problem has continued to spread between students and students’dissatisfaction is increasing. Resolution of this issue requires a clear presentation of the facts about type2 state scholarships at Daegu University.

The second problem is a decline in shuttle bus service at Daegu University. After last year, the number of shuttle buses were decreased by the university. Most students suffered inconvenience commuting to campus. When they go to university or home, most who rely on public transport at ion travel at least one hour. Daegu University which heard about the shuttle bus problem conducted a survey of students about implementing a shuttle bus fee.

Some students who saw the notice said that shuttle busses have to be a free service, so we don’t want to pay for shuttle busses. Other students said that if the number of shuttle busses is increased by paying for shuttle bus service, they are willing to pay.

Opinions on this issue are divided on social network services. But now, students who want to take a shuttle bus to Daegu have to pay for the shuttle bus. Students’ complaints have not disappeared yet.

The university which makes students happy in their campus life is a place where we can communicate between students and faculty well. If the university wants to be the best university in students’ satisfaction, the university has to hear problems about campus life and communicate to students actively.
