The Gyeongsan city government and several private companies have opened a 'youth employment center' to help young people in their quest for jobs. The center lends- suits free of charge to people who are going to a job interview.

  The purpose of the center is to reduce the burden on young job seekers. Of the center also aims to reduce the unemployment rate and by helping young job seekers prepare for interviews, including hot to dress appropriately.

  The center is focused on helping city residents aged 15 to 39 who are seeking employment. This includes students at local universities. The suits provided by the center are completely free and include a shirt, tie, blouse, and shoes. Job seekers may borrow a suit a maximum of three times a year for up to four days each time.

  Those wishing to borrow a suit can either visit the center or visit the center's homepage. An identification card, student card, or certificate of registration is required to borrow a suit. Job seekers can bring their ID along with their interview documents to the center. The center will then help the job seeker select an appropriate suit.

  After the interview, the suit can be returned by post or by visiting the center. If the suit is returned later than the four day period, there is a late fee and the job seeker may not be able to borrow another suit. If the suit is not returned or damaged, the borrower will have to pay to have it replaced.
