Hyun Cheon Muk was born in Gyeongseong, Hamgyeongbuk-do and has served as a dean and vice-principal in Posung School since 1906. He makes a lot of effort day and night for students to feel pride. He wants to revive his anti-Japanese will through the acceptance of the Deajonggyo, and for this reason he sought asylum. Since then, he continued to educate race in Korean society in North Gando.

He has served as vice-president of 'the Justice Association of Korea'. A previous president of the 'Justice Association of Korea', Seo Ill, took his own life because of the Japan's remorseless killing. After he became the president of the 'Justice Association of Korea', made an effort to consolidate the independence movement association and propagate Daejonggyo.
