Youtuber's deceptive and exaggerated problems are receiving attention and leading to legal problems nowadays. Recently, youtube has become popular globally with a variety of content, including eating shows, entertainment and daily vlogs. Accodingly, everyone from celebrities to ordinary people are becoming youtubers. However, high view counts and advertisements on youtube lead to large sums of money, resulting in exaggeration, falsity and fraud these days. The nature of youtube is changing, resulting in bad consequences.

Controversy arose whether a youtuber, who made a big profit by exaggerating 'Tourette syndrome', would constitute fraud. In fact, the youtuber named 'I'M TOURETTE' challenged the process of overcoming disability step by step in a video and received great support from subscribers who sympathized with his effort. Eventually, he gained popularity and nearly 400,000 subscribers in a month. With this, he earned about 9.4 million won in advertising revenue.

However, his middle school classmate said that he had released a hip-hop digital album in the past and that he was exaggerating his disability. In response, 'I'M TOURETTE' said that he was a rapper and that it was true that he deliberately exaggerated his disability for youtube's view count. He should be punished for fraud, but it is impossible to punish him because there is no provision for punishment regarding impersonation of the disabled. Eventually, he abused people's minds who cheered for him, causing public criticism.

In another case, a youtuber named Kang acted as if he was infected with the coronavirus on the Busan subway on January 30, 2020. He used a hidden camera to capture the event and uploaded the video to youtube. This man did it because he wanted to be famous on social media. Since then, police have sought an arrest warrant for him on charges of obstruction of business.

The youtuber Kang was again controversial as he uploaded a video as "Lee Man-hee, the Shin Cheon-ji religious sect leader", following "The coronavirus infected". On February 26, 2020, he uploaded a video posing as Lee Man-hee, in Busan on his personal youtube channel. He posted a video mocking Lee Man-hee and police. So, he gave people a sense of confusion and risk awareness through the video. Even after the court's rejection of the warrant, he posted videos showing no signs of introspection on his youtube content, taking criticism from netizens.

Inappropriate behavior leads to social side effects, indicating that youtube has a huge harmful effect. Therefore, you should judge appropriateness and trust it. Negative content can lead to mimicking. Youtube easily dazzles subscribers with a variety of content, but it also gives serious addiction symptoms to creators who make youtube. As the number of viewers drops, the video can become more and more provocative.

Also, while it is obvious that youtube content has harmed others, the grounds for punishment and the law still seem insufficient. As the excessive production method of youtubers increases the number of views has been a problem, it seems necessary to regulate it. I hope that more people will not put themselves in harm's way because of such indiscreet behavior by youtubers. Also, I look forward to the time when youtubers reflect on how they are impacting society and their influence. Maybe then they will act prudently.
