Park Young-hee was born in 1896 in Buyeo, Chungcheong Province. After graduating from Shinheung Military Academy, he became an instructor and worked hard to train the Jeongye-army to lead the War of Independence. The graduate who was under Park Yeong-hee played a great role in the Chungshan Combat, and Park Yeong-hee also participated in the combat as an assistant officer, contributing to the victory over the Japanese army.
Around 1923, he opened an academic training center in North Manchuria to train an army for independence and to provide military knowledge. Park Young-hee, who participated in the process of pro-Japanese management and the dispatch of special forces to Korea, died in 1930 while working in Russia to raise military funds.
