An engineering student had developed a chatbot system that can be accessed in a friendly manner by using the school mascot, DODU. This system provides great convenience for students.

It is so useful because you can see information about facilities and bus use at once. First, if you enter the room number or the professor's name, it will tell you the location of the lecture room. Also, if you press the "Directions" button, you can use the navigation function as it is linked to Kakao Map. Second, you can inquire about the arrival time of buses at each of the campus gates. Last, new search functions such as Daegu University's weather, bus stop, and department website have been updated. In addition, it is adding search convenience facilities and bus routes.

I wanted to know real reviews for this chatbot, so I interviewed a student who used this chatbot system.

Q1: How did you know this chatbot system?

A1: One day, I saw the announcement of this chatbot on EVERYTIME, campus app. It seemed interesting, so I pressed the link to use it.

Q2: Which function do you usually use in it?

A2: I usually use it for looking up the bus arrival time. I think I use it whenever I come to campus, but I don't usually use the search lecture room function. Because I am a sophomore, I already know how to go to the lecture rooms. I think that function will be useful to those who first come to school.

Q3: Please tell me your total review, including convenience, what you want more, and whether you are willing to recommend it to others.

A3: It is useful and convenient overall. I think the DODU character has a big role on attracting students to use it. I like DODU to tell me information, too. I don't have anything to complain about, but there will be more users if the developer advertises this more. I will recommend this to my friends, especially those who get lost easily.

As such, the chatbot offers various conveniences to students. If students at Daegu University have not used the DODU chatbot yet. I recommend you try it. You will never get lost with this chatbot system!
