Effect of Breakfast

Do you all eat breakfast? Not only many students but also office workers often skip breakfast because they don’t have enough time. According to statistics, two out of ten people skip breakfast during the third year of high school, and only 37 percent of single young people eat breakfast.

 

Why is breakfast so important? First of all, skipping the morning meal more than doubles the incidence of diabetes. Furthermore, the brain uses glucose taken just before, so students and office workers have to eat breakfast to increase the efficiency of morning work.

 

You may be wondering what to eat for breakfast. You should focus on nutritious foods that will relieve hunger. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are a good choice because they contain complex carbohydrates that can keep you feeling full longer. And I recommend eating high-protein foods. A diet that includes steamed eggs, grilled fish or tofu is good.

 

If the diet mentioned above is burdensome, boiled eggs, milk, and yogurt can also be a good breakfast. For those who can’t eat breakfast because they don’t have time, I recommend a cereal bar, coffee, and donut set that you can easily eat at convenience stores of marts.

 

In fact, simply eating something for breakfast is more important than what you actually eat. Of course, it would be good to have a balanced breakfast, but it’s not easy in our busy modern society. So, you should eat anything for breakfast and make up for the lack of nutrients at lunch and dinner.
