Did you know that our Daegu University has a system where you can get up to 1 million won in scholarships if you are a dedicated library user? It is the Changpa L-point system conducted by the Changpa Library.

It is a system that gives points based on library usage records such as book loans, information services, and event participation, and is operated to promote reading activities and to promote library use by Daegu University students.

In addition to lending books, points can be collected through participation in various library-related activities such as applying for desired books, writing book reviews, and participating in library events. Points will be added and awards given to selected excellent users in December.

For book loans, you can get 10 points per book which includes e-book loans, however if the borrowed books are overdue then 10 points will be deducted for each overdue day, so you should be careful.

The student who wins first place with their total points can receive a citation and a scholarship of 1 million won, and a citation and a scholarship of 500,000 won can be awarded up to fourth place. The program also offers scholarship up to 54th place, so if you don't give up and participate continuously, you can get a step closer to the scholarship.

The program period is from March 2023 to November 2023, and any undergraduate student attending this school can participate. Students who are interested in books or want to spend their school life well should participate to strengthen their learning capabilities and receive scholarships.
