Do you primarily cook your own food at home? Typically, food ingredients often have foreign substances on their surfaces before cooking. Rinsing them thoroughly with running water is common practice, but there are certain ingredients that can be harmful.

However, rinsing the pasta with water before boiling removes the starch components, making it less likely for the sauce to be absorbed. To fully savor your pasta dish, just boil the pasta and immediately drain it. Keep this in mind when cooking!
